First, a little about us. That's me in the photo above, my name is Dan. I have been working on off-road vehicles for over 15 years now. From clapped-out VW-powered buggies, to a mega-buck Trophy Truck, and a lot of stuff in between, I have either built them or worked on them. For quite a few years, I made my living building, modifing or fixing all types of off-road vehicles, as well as just about anything else made from steel or aluminum. Since about 2004, my little company, DJ Fabrications, has been designing, building, and selling custom parts for the Polaris Ranger. When I first got to ride in one of these way back then, I instantly realized the potential for these great little off-roaders. The Ranger has come a long way since then, and so have the products DJ Fabrications makes for them. We have recently changed gears here at DJ Fabrications. We no longer service people's vehicles, build 4X4's, or work on race vehicles. Instead, we have downsized and narrowed our focus to better serve our small but steadily-growing line of speciality parts for the Polaris Ranger, along with a few other little products.

Now, about our parts. We build solutions. Our speciality is identifing problems, shortcomings, or a need for your Ranger. Our Footsaver kits, for example, have helped hundreds of people ward off the excessive heat that comes from the pedal area of newer Polaris Rangers. While our Glovebox Stereo Kits have been used all over the country by people needing a simple, durable and inexpensive way of adding a stereo to their Ranger. All of our sheet metal products start out as a vision for a soultion, then they get developed using many hours of testing combined with detailed AutoCad drawings, like the one above, to build a product that has superior functionality and fit. They are then made using our CNC plasma cutter insuring that each part is as close to perfect as possible. On our more involved kits, such as our Mudblocker Kits, we develop extensive instructions based on actual installs with full-color photos to help you get back out in the dirt as quickly and easily as possible. Our instructions are truly second to none, a fact you will appreciate when you go to install your parts.
